Hola Cabo is an experience search directory for Los Cabos: places, events, and editorial guides, searchable by area, vibe, budget, and time of day. We work to keep place information accurate, but businesses change hours, close, or move, and third-party data (such as Google Maps listings) can lag reality — always confirm details directly with a business before visiting.
The site links to third-party services, including Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and our sister site Baja Casas. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Our Contact, Advertise, and Claim or Update Your Listing forms accept information volunteered by visitors and businesses. Submitting the Claim or Update Your Listing form grants Hola Cabo the right to publish any photos included with that submission without separate attribution, exactly as stated on that form at the time of submission.
The site may not be used to submit false, abusive, or fraudulent information, to attempt to disrupt or overload our forms or infrastructure, or to scrape or republish our content at scale without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access to our forms or site for anyone who violates the Acceptable use section above, without notice.
The site and its content are provided as-is. Hola Cabo is not liable for decisions made based on information found here, including business hours, availability, pricing, or event details, all of which can change without notice.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
