Playa del Amor (Lover's Beach)

A secluded beach beside El Arco reachable only by boat, split by the point into a calm Sea of Cortez side and a rough Pacific-facing side locals call Divorce Beach.

Local perspective

A small, sheltered sand beach tucked right beside El Arco, only reachable by water taxi from the Marina or Médano Beach — there's no road access, which keeps it quieter than anywhere walkable. The Sea of Cortez side (facing the arch) is calm and swimmable; the Pacific-facing side just over the rocks is nicknamed "Divorce Beach" for its rough surf and undertow — stick to the Cortez side.
